Performance Analysis of Dynamic Capability for Organizational Resilience
Implementation Plan:
Step 1 : Initially, we will collect and load data from Daily Casualties – Gaza dataset.
Step 2 : Then, we structure the data using Hierarchical Linear Modelling with market basket analysis (HLM-MBA) to capture employee perspectives, nested managerial influence and employee and leadership performance.
Step 3 : Then, we analyze remote work capability using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Spillover Effect Analysis to examine links between organizational support, employee well-being, performance and evaluate work and personal life interaction.
Step 4 : Next, we enhance organizational resilience using a hybrid NRM-EABM approach that links organizational and individual resilience while highlighting key attributes—adaptability, copyability, and responsiveness to strengthen crisis recovery.
Step 5 : Next, we analyze political instability using the PVAR model to examine dynamic links between policy uncertainty, governance quality, and organizational outcomes, assessing both immediate and long-term impacts of political shocks on resilience and remote work effectiveness.
Step 6 : Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
6.1: Time Vs. R² (Coefficient of Determination)
6.2: Time Vs. Path Coefficients
6.3: Time Vs. CFI Model Fit Indices
6.4: Time Vs. RMSEA Model Fit Indices
6.5: Time Vs. Network Density
6.6: Time Vs. Impulse Response Function (IRF)

Note:
1) If the proposed plan does not fully align with your requirements, please provide all necessary details—including steps, parameters, models, and expected outcomes—in advance.
2) Kindly ensure that any missing configurations or specifications are clearly outlined in the plan before confirming.
3) If there’s no built-in solution for what the project needs, we can always turn to reference models, customize our own, different math models or write the code ourselves to fulfil the process.
4) If the plan satisfies your requirement, Please confirm with us.
5) Project based on Simulation only.
