Implementation Plan:
Step 1: Initially, we collect and load the text chat conversation data from the Human Conversation Dataset.
Step 2: Then, we preprocess the collected chat data using text cleaning, timestamp extraction, keyword identification, and fuzzy membership function generation to prepare normalized fuzzy feature vectors.
Step 3: Next, we will extract significant chat features such as Late Night Chat, Entire Day Chat, Response Time, Night Chat, Working Time Chat, Day Chat, Morning Chat, and Keywords from the collected data.
Step 4: Next, we construct fuzzy graphs using priority-driven edge weight computation and compute vertex strengths and edge values for relationship extraction based on collected data.
Step 5: Next, we train the data using the Deep Neural Network (DNN) model with fuzzy feature vectors to generate deep learning-driven fuzzy graph edge weights for relationship prediction.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance metrics for the following:
6.1: Number of Epochs vs. Accuracy (%)
6.2: Number of Epochs vs. Precision (%)
6.3: Number of Epochs vs. Recall (%)
6.4: Number of Epochs vs. F1-score (%)
